The Jesus Youth delegation gathers for its own conference before World Youth Day opens — teaching, prayer and worship together.
Jul 29 – Aug 2 →Opening Mass, catechesis each morning in English, the Way of the Cross, then the overnight Vigil and the Sending Mass.
Aug 3 – 8 →Three optional days beyond the Sending Mass, out of Seoul to where the Korean martyrs were born, imprisoned and buried.
Aug 9 – 12 →8 August 2027, Seoul. The closing Mass of World Youth Day, celebrated by Pope Leo XIV.

The last thing Christ says to his friends before the Passion. The logo is Korean brushstroke calligraphy: the strokes form a cross, and read 서울 — Seoul — at the same time.
Canada is wide, so the delegation departs from three cities and meets on the ground in Korea.
Land packages. Flights are booked separately — budget roughly $2,200 from Western Canada and $3,000 from the East.

How the cost breaks down. The packages above are land costs —
$1,600 covers accommodation, meals, transport within Korea and the
official WYD pilgrim package, and the Way of the Martyrs adds $650
for three further days outside Seoul.
Flights are separate. The figures in the builder above —
$2,200 from Western Canada, $3,000 from the East — are
for the group booking, if you would rather travel with us.
Our advice on flights
Book your own, if you can. Individual fares are almost always
cheaper than our group rate, and there are still returns to Seoul around
$2,000 from much of Canada. You keep control of your dates, your
routing and your points, and you can extend the trip either side. Fares
are already rising out of Eastern Canada, so it is worth looking now
rather than waiting.
The one thing we ask: arrive at Incheon by 7:00 PM on 29 July,
which for most of us flying from Canada means departing on the 28th. Tell us your flight
and we will meet you.
Securing your place: a non‑refundable deposit of $500 on or before 24 October, $750 from the 25th. The same amount whichever package you take, and it counts toward your total.
